10.2 Services Provided "As Is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Talnira does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Talnira, its directors, employees, mentors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;

In no event shall Talnira's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Talnira in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
