DMCA Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2025

Talnira respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Talnira will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to its designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through our services infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notification (a "DMCA Notice") containing the following information to our designated copyright agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is sufficient.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Talnira to locate the material on its services.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow Talnira to contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.

Designated Copyright Agent

Submit your DMCA Notice to our designated copyright agent using the following contact details:

Please use the subject line "DMCA Notice" when submitting via email to ensure prompt handling.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in the district where your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Talnira will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user within a reasonable period of time, Talnira may, in its sole discretion, restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

Talnira maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity on more than one occasion or who has had content or material removed from the services more than once.

Accuracy of Claims

Please be aware that under applicable law, if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are uncertain whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you should consult a legal adviser before filing a DMCA Notice.

No Legal Advice

Nothing in this DMCA Policy constitutes legal advice. Talnira recommends that you consult a qualified legal professional if you have questions regarding copyright law or your rights and obligations under applicable intellectual property legislation.

Changes to This Policy

Talnira reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Talnira's services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
